Our villa Baan Khunying is an unbelievable gem of a property with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, gorgeous sea views and direct access to a stunning beautiful white sand beach with crystal clear water – let the ocean be your swimming pool!

Step back in time in our colonial style property designed by special architects to maximize the sea breeze and stunning views. Built on 3 acres of forested land, the villa has stunning sea views from all the rooms, including the bathrooms. There are three spacious air-conditioned bedrooms with king-sized beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with an inner courtyard to dry your towels and swimsuits.

It has a fully equipped and recently modernized kitchen, one outdoor dining room and an open air Thai-style sitting room. The indoor living room can give you a reprieve from the heat as well as shelter you on rainy days in the monsoon season and has a divan bed that can host an overnight guest. There's an indoor courtyard garden and a top deck verandah where you can enjoy dinner with breathtaking views.
