Baan Khunying is built in a forested area right on the coast of Phuket island, designed by special architects to maximize the ocean views in all rooms and to enjoy the natural ocean breeze. It's designed in the authentic rustic Thai style.

The villa is located on a 3 acre forest, about 1 kilometer from the main center of Rawai Beach. Due to the forest around the property, the villa is absolutely quiet and has a feeling of seclusion.

Right next to the villa is the secluded white sand beach. The ocean is relatively quiet here and the waves are much smaller than on the other beaches of Phuket. The beach slopes gently into the ocean which is great for families and kids. An absolutely unique beach in Phuket.

Enjoy your dinner on the top deck verandah with a breathtaking 180 degree view of the ocean and islands. An ideal spot for an evening barbecue.

The open air sitting room has a great 180 degree view of the ocean and a continuous refreshing ocean breeze. A great place to meet friends or enjoy a relaxed day with your family. There are several chairs and a lounge seat set in the traditional Thai style.

The garden courtyard is at the center of the house with a large table where you can enjoy your lunch.

The authentic Thai style spacious living room is an ideal shelter on rainy days during the monsoon season. It has a modern flat-screen TV with cable & satellite.

The modern kitchen has a large kitchen table and a great view of the ocean. It is fully equipped with modern kitchen equipment including microwave, oven, stove, barbecue, refrigerator, dish-washing machine, etc. A washing machine is located next to the kitchen.

Bedroom One is a spacious room in the traditional Thai style with a king-sized bed, air-conditioning, a large open bathroom, a desk, balcony, ocean-view and a strong WIFI connection.
